Conversion into office space and interior remodeling of an existing store with a basement, of the company Affidea Euroiatriki S.A.
In the context of the conversion and reorganization of the offices of the company Affidea Euromedical S.A., TopograF was called upon to contribute significantly to the architectural study, providing topographic services of high precision.
The modification of the old store from an outdated unused space, to a modern installation of offices and clinics, combined with the renovation of the existing spaces, are an attempt to adapt to the new needs, but also to the modern way of working.
Therefore, TopograF successfully applied 3D printing methods, using a 3D Laser Scanner, to create as-build plans for the ground floor store, with a basement area of 616.84 sq.m. and in the existing offices on the second floor of 360.04 sq.m.
Three-dimensional surveying techniques provide fast measurements, high precision, multiple drawing types, and digital models for the identification and geometric documentation of architectural and structural elements and details.
